About the treatment

Lipofilling combines volume enhancement with regenerative skin rejuvenation. Via a small liposuction we harvest fat tissue from a donor zone such as the abdomen or thighs. After purification the fat is precisely injected into the face to restore volume loss. The fat also contains natural regenerative cells that can contribute to improved skin quality, elasticity, and collagen production.

Every treatment begins with a personal consultation. If a protocol is not indicated for medical, anatomical or aesthetic reasons, we will tell you so.

Your visit, step by step

1. Consultation & planning

   We analyse your face, discuss your wishes and determine both the donor zone and the treatment areas.

2. Fat harvest

   Under local anaesthesia a limited amount of fat tissue is harvested via a fine liposuction technique.

3. Purification & injection

   The fat is carefully processed and then injected with fine cannulas for a natural volume correction.

4. Recovery

   Swelling and bruising are normal during the first days. Most patients resume social activities after about one week.

5. Result

   Some of the injected fat will be absorbed by the body. The fat that successfully integrates can remain for years approximately 5 years.
